• Cottage Series – 52’ Homesites:  $205.29 per month
• Manor Series – 67’ Homesites:  $215.29 per month
• Estate Series – 75’ Homesites:  $225.29 per month

Working Fund and Other Contributions**

• Initial Working Capital Contribution to the Camden Lakes Homeowners Association, Inc:  $1,000.00

These fees are estimates, some of which have been provided by parties other than Pulte Homes, and are subject to change.  Please refer to the Prospectus and/or governing documents for a more thorough description of all fees.

How is the governing board structured? 
The Board consists of three (3) board members all appointed by the developer.

What committees contribute to the governing board?
There are not any organized committees making contributions at this time.

Does the HOA survey residents to find out about new interests?
The HOA has not yet formally begun a process to survey residents about their interests.

Does the HOA have a reserve fund?
Yes, currently will collect reserves for the replacement of the clubhouse roof, painting of the clubhouse, and paving of the roads.

How often are HOA fees increased?
The fees are reviewed annually and adjusted each year, if needed, with the budget.

Does the HOA maintain all the amenities?
Yes.The HOA will maintain the community clubhouse, fitness room, pool and spa once those amenities open.

Does the HOA have a community newsletter or intranet site for residents?
No, there is not currently a community newsletter or intranet site for residents.
