Yes, currently will collect reserves for the replacement of the clubhouse roof, painting of the clubhouse, and paving of the roads.
How often are HOA fees increased?
The fees are reviewed annually and adjusted each year, if needed, with the budget.
Does the HOA maintain all the amenities?
Yes.The HOA will maintain the community clubhouse, fitness room, pool and spa once those amenities open.
Does the HOA have a community newsletter or intranet site for residents?
No, there is not currently a community newsletter or intranet site for residents.
