That's because your Homeowners Association (HOA) dues help pay for maintaining your community's common areas and amenities. Not only does that help protect your property values, it ensures you'll always be proud to call Paloma Lake your home.

  • Manage property interests of owners
  • Provide services for owners
  • Develop of sense of community through social activities and/or amenities

  • $120 per quarter

How is the governing board structured?
Currently, the governing board is controlled by all developers.

What committees contribute to the governing board?
Architerctural Control, Neighborhood Watch, Landscape, Pool-Activities, Welcoming (please note: not all of these committees are currently active but can be formed if residents volunteer)

Are all the community activities included in the fees?
Yes, community activites are included in the fees.

Does the HOA have a reserve fund?
Currently, the community runs at a deficit. As residents move in and the deficit goes away, the reserve will begin being funded.

How often are HOA fees increased?
Assessments can be increased by 10% each year. The budget is recieved at the end of the year to determine if an increase is required for the next year.

Does the HOA maintain all the amenities?
Yes, the HOA maintains all of the amenities at Paloma Lake.
